Slow-Cooked Bone Broth

Made with organic bones, slowly cooked for depth and flavour.

Our Green and Red soups begin with slow-cooked bone broth, made using organic chicken bones and chicken wings, or organic beef and marrow bones.

Slowly simmered to create a rich, comforting base, giving our soups depth, body and a beautifully rounded flavour.

About us

Rooted in Japan,
shaped by the world.

Soupy Beauty grew from my love of food and curiosity about how what we eat can influence the way we feel, both physically and mentally.

I grew up in Japan and have since lived in Canada, Hong Kong and now the UK, experiencing different cultures, ingredients and ways of eating along the way.

I have always loved discovering new foods, experimenting with flavours and bringing different ideas together.

The recipes behind Soupy Beauty are inspired by those experiences, blending the food traditions I grew up with in Asia with flavours and ingredients I have discovered around the world.

At its heart is a simple belief: what we choose to nourish ourselves with matters, both inside and out.
